Parcel’s amenities include a boardwalk and private waterfront dock on Little Traverse Lake just across M22 on the property’s northern edge, an artful concrete eight-person sauna with an outdoor shower, a sculptural outdoor kitchen in the meadow with a monolithic fireplace, and walking paths carved throughout the site.

Just within reach of the Meadow Cabin stands the outdoor kitchen, suited for lounging through the night at the sculptural hearth and cooking on open fire from the Argentinian Parilla grill. Guests at Parcel can enjoy the outdoor kitchen by staying at the Meadow Cabin or by booking the entire Parcel property.
After walking through the wooded path along the edge of the property, guests can carefully cross M22 and take a journey on our long boardwalk leading to private frontage on Little Traverse Lake, a small inland lake just an earshot away from Lake Michigan. Upon arrival at the waterfront edge, guests can lounge on our expansive deck and dock extending further onto the lake. It is highly encouraged to take a sunset walk + enjoy the sun slowly fading during summer nights.
